JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Argentina seeks an AML/KYC Risk Specialist to manage client and partner expectations in a consultative manner. You will own KYC/AML processes, ensure deliverables are met, and work with Relationship Management to renew due diligence forms.

The role requires strong communication, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to navigate risk across banking products, with a focus on timely and accurate portfolio management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client and partner expectations in a consultative way.
• Own KYC/AML experiences and client experience.
• Ensure KYC/AML deliverables are met and hold internal partners accountable.
• Demonstrate ongoing understanding of KYC/AML processes and address delays or inefficiencies.
• Manage operational risk through diligent risk awareness in our processes.
• Escalate risk items and drive issues to closure.
• Support banker in client selection to manage client risk.
• Independently renew Due Diligence Forms with Relationship Management partnership.
• Oversee timely portfolio management while maintaining quality expectations.
