Not Pot is seeking a passionate email marketer with strong brand sense and technical chops to craft campaigns and automated flows that enhance the customer experience and boost conversions.

As part of a small, distributed team, you will build and scale email campaigns, maintain clean lists, and analyze performance to drive revenue. Not Pot champions diversity, transparency, and responsible growth in the evolving cannabis space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in email marketing or retention marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating past campaigns.
• Strong Klaviyo experience.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting.
• Experience analyzing campaigns and data.
• Experience with SMS marketing preferred.
• Bonus if familiar with Figma or similar.

Responsibilities

• Organize and plan creation, design, and development of email campaigns that drive sales and retention.
• Manage and maintain email databases for future campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing to align email with paid social.
• Coordinate with customer service to reduce unsubscribes.
• Analyze results and report revenue from email marketing.
