Overseas is a data-first growth marketing agency seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own the full email execution cycle for e-commerce and DTC brands. You will build campaigns in Klaviyo, create automated flows, run A/B tests, manage segmentation, and deliver client-ready performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on email marketing execution, agency or DTC e-commerce.
• Deep Klaviyo expertise for campaigns, flows, segmentation, and analytics.
• 2+ years Shopify experience.
• Experience creating and launching A/B tests with clear impact reporting.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets data handling and clean reporting.
• Ability to present performance trends clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns including batch sends, behaviorally triggered messages, and automated lifecycle journeys.
• Schedule campaigns across multiple client accounts with high accuracy to avoid late launches.
• Configure dynamic blocks and conditional logic for relevance and personalization.
• Support creative and layout needs by selecting images and formatting text to brand standards.
