AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Buenos Aires to source and screen IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions. The role requires 1+ year of recruiting or related client-facing experience, fluency in English, and experience with ATS tools.

You will screen candidates, develop a robust candidate pipeline, and manage data with meticulous attention to detail while proactively sourcing top talent across channels.

ABOUT THE ROLE
