Responsabilités

• Support the full recruitment cycle: posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a strong pipeline.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess fit and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers for a smooth experience.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS with accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine search strategies and understand role requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, keeping data accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
