AgileEngine is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mendoza, Argentina to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical roles. You will screen candidates, assess fit, and ensure high-quality submissions to clients in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include 1+ year recruiting or client-facing experience, proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, and advanced English.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to source and screen top IT candidates and build a strong pipeline for critical positions.

The mandatory requirements are 1+ year of recruiting experience or a similar client-facing role, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, and an advanced English level.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Carry out the candidates’ screenings and provide an assessment of their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build a robust pipeline of candidates to submit to the clients, prioritizing quality over quantity.
• Manage candidate data and track progress with a keen sense for detail.
• Proactively source and identify world-class candidates through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, with a dedicated approach.

MUST HAVES

• Advanced English communication skills with a positive and open-minded attitude.
• 1+ year of successful recruiting experience or similar customer/client-facing roles.
• Affinity towards technology and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
