Job summary

Solvo Global Careers is seeking an experienced Recruitment Sourcing professional in Argentina to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You will source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, and other tools, conduct market research, and engage passive candidates to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Recruitment Sourcing, Talent Acquisition or B2B sales.
• Strong candidate sourcing, research, and outreach skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
