InvGate is seeking a bilingual Solutions Engineer to lead end-to-end ITSM/ITAM implementations for clients across industries. You will serve as the primary contact during delivery, translating business needs into concrete configurations and milestones.

You will collaborate with Sales for presales activities, deliver product demos, and drive successful adoption of our platform. Hybrid work with office attendance in Belgrano, CABA, Argentina.

Formación

• Experience managing software implementation projects in SaaS environments.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a project.
• Strong project management, planning, and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience with ITSM, ITIL, or IT operations processes.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for ITSM & ITAM solutions, ensuring delivery, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers during implementation, managing timelines and scope.
• Translate customer requirements into clear implementation plans, configurations, and milestones.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical validations, and proofs of concept during presales.
• Collaborate with Sales during the sales cycle to support RFIs, RFPs, and validation from technical and implementation perspectives.
• Coordinate with Product, R&D, and Customer teams to resolve implementation challenges.
• Produce documentation to help customers configure and adopt the platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices.
