BMC Helix is seeking a Solution Engineer to be the technical authority across the customer lifecycle. You will design and validate Helix solutions, tailor HelixGPT agent use cases, and support sales with technical demonstrations and proofs of value.

Collaborate with Adoption Engineers and delivery teams to ensure deployed solutions meet customer objectives, governance, and security requirements, enabling long-term adoption and value realization.

Formación

• Experience in pre-sales engagements that lead to adoption and value realization.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical architectures.
• Knowledge of ITSM, AIOps, observability, or IT operations management.

Responsabilidades

• Architect Helix solutions aligned to customer objectives and outcomes.
• Design HelixGPT agent use cases and integration with customer workflows.
• Lead technical validation activities and proofs of value/concept.
• Prepare technical proposals and deployment recommendations with teams.
• Ensure security, governance, scalability, and interoperability.
