AgileEngine, LLC. in Santiago del Estero, Argentina, seeks an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise networks, servers, storage across on-prem and cloud environments.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper equipment; Windows Server/AD; AWS/Azure; 24x7 operations; SOX compliance; and a service-oriented mindset to create value for internal customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with enterprise networks, servers and storage.
• Hands-on with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infra.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server OS & Active Directory.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud with a cloud-first approach.
• Experience in a SOX-regulated environment.
• Experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Office 365 suite (Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Vendors/ MSP interfacing and 24x7 global operations exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support corporate networks, servers, storage, telephony and systems.
• Implement observable, secure and fault-tolerant solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and domains.
• Serve as internal escalation point for day-to-day ops.
• Plan and execute projects across the infrastructure landscape.
• Lead infrastructure, systems and application projects.
• Device lifecycle support – vulnerability remediation, firmware upgrades, decommission, document.
• Vendor management for hardware, software, and service troubleshooting.
• Help define and execute the strategy for infrastructure and systems enterprise-wide.
• Support global operations for remote, manufacturing and office-based workforces.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure/Systems Engineer to design, build, and support corporate networks, servers, and storage across on-premise and cloud environments.

MUST HAVES

• 6+ years of hands‑on engineering experience with enterprise local and wide area networks, servers and storage systems.
• Network Equipment Experience: hands‑on experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper equipment and software.
• Strong experience deploying and administering firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure (Physical and Virtual).
• Extensive knowledge and hands‑on experience with Microsoft Server operating Systems & Active Directory.
• Strong experience with cloud compute and storage (AWS and Azure) with cloud first approach.
• Experience working in a SOX regulated company a must.
• Previous experience developing disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft collaboration suite (Office 365 Mail, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with patch deployment required.
• Self‑sufficient, self‑managed, self‑motivated, must be effective working independently.
• A service‑oriented mindset with a focus on creating value for our internal customers and business partners.

• Excellent interaction and communication skills; ability to communicate (both written and verbal) clearly and concisely.

NICE TO HAVES

• Minimum AA degree in Information Systems, related field, or equivalent experience.
• AWS/Azure Certifications a plus.
• Experience with network and systems monitoring a plus.
• Experience with ITIL a plus.
• Experience with Linux a plus.
• Previous experience in healthcare, life‑science, pharma or bio company a plus.
