Sezzle is seeking an IT Operations Intern to support daily IT operations, resolve tickets, and assist with device deployment and onboarding. Ideal candidates are pursuing a technical degree and eager to learn in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will work with macOS and Windows, gain exposure to Google Workspace, MDM, and automation tools, and contribute to IT process improvements. The internship includes mentorship and flexible working conditions with a monthly salary of $800 USD gross.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Interest in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Management.
• Familiarity with macOS and Windows.
• Experience with Jira or similar ticketing system preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.

Responsabilidades

• IT Service Desk Support: Respond to and resolve IT service desk tickets in Jira related to hardware, software, or user access issues.
• Break/Fix: Diagnose and resolve end-user device issues on macOS and Windows.
• Device Deployment: Assist with setup, imaging, and distribution of laptops and peripherals.
• Onboarding/Offboarding: Provision accounts, configure systems for new hires, and assist with access removal.
• Inventory Tracking: Maintain accurate records of IT assets with proper tagging and audits.
• Documentation: Update internal troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and workflows.
• Project Assistance: Support IT Operations initiatives related to system improvements or infrastructure upgrades.
