Sezzle is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the merchant technical relationship from pre-sales through live integration and beyond. You’ll work with enterprise merchants on custom, hand-built integrations across web, mobile app, and in-store experiences.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope merchant needs, design integrations, and drive them to launch. This is a customer-facing role requiring credibility in both technical and business discussions.

Formación

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, sales engineering, implementation, solutions architecture, or technical account management).
• Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS and Android and guiding merchant developers through implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical discovery for prospective merchants and map to Sezzle integration paths.
• Lead product demos and technical presentations for merchant engineering and business stakeholders.
• Design integration solutions across API, SDKs, and platform plugins (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, Wix, and custom builds).
• Write technical proposals and complete RFP and security questionnaire responses.
• Support merchant mobile app integrations: SDK implementation, in-app checkout, and webview handoff.
• Validate integrations in sandbox and production before launch, including checkout flow, widget placement, and settlement.
• Troubleshoot live integration issues with Support and Engineering and communicate the technical narrative back to merchants.
• Translate recurring merchant needs into product feedback and drive fixes to unblock revenue.
• Build and maintain integration documentation, runbooks, and internal enablement.
