Sezzle is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join our Colombia team. You will manage device inventory, Google Workspace administration, MDM, and provide end-user IT support in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with Jira and enterprise security practices, handling on-call duties and audits while helping scale IT operations across the organization. Fluent English and 2–6 years of experience are required; Claude or similar AI tools are a plus.

Formación

• Applicants must be fluent in English.
• Experience between 2 - 6 years.
• Comfort with Claude or equivalent LLM tools.
• Cloud productivity suite administration and macOS device management experience.
• IT service management platforms with ticket automation and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main IT Operations contact for device inventory management in Colombia.
• Respond to ITSD tickets in Jira from start to finish.
• Maintain Jira backlog items and proactive IT operations initiatives.
• Maintain security awareness and communicate IT changes to the engineering team.
• Provision hardware/software requests, with on-call and after-hours duties.
• Conduct onboarding training and termination processing for new hires.
• Support IT audit activities on access control history and software vendor audits.
