Job summary

SKELAR in Argentina is seeking proactive growth-focused talent to acquire and manage high-quality users across multiple channels, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram. You will identify, engage, and convert leads into verified, active users and guide them through onboarding.

You will optimize the onboarding journey, improve conversion rates, and work with internal teams to boost user quality, retention, and performance while meeting daily targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (C2) or higher.
• English at least B1+ for basic communication.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with focus on conversion and retention.

Responsibilities

• Work with 500+ hot leads daily across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram).
• Convert hot leads from marketing into verified users and ensure onboarding activation.
• Guide users through registration, verification and initial setup flows.
• Clearly communicate project’s value, benefits and expectations to users.
• Optimize onboarding to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
• Ensure users are contactable and responsive, addressing blockers promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion efficiency and user quality.
