Binance in Argentina is seeking a Growth Lead to drive regional marketing initiatives, localizing global campaigns and expanding user growth across web and mobile platforms. You will own partner relationships, channel experiments, and spend accountability while mapping user journeys to improve funnel conversion and education.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, at least five years in marketing, and a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with crypto affinity.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage development and execution of regional and local product campaigns with internal stakeholders.
• Localize global campaigns to drive user growth in Argentina.
• Grow marketing partner relationships and manage channel experimentation and spend accountability.
• Map user journeys to improve funnel conversion and education initiatives.
• Lead growth via paid, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native apps.
• Plan online and some offline activities, events, and campaigns for local audiences.
