Job summary

Vintti is seeking a motivated entry-level customer service professional for a 100% remote role in Argentina. You will respond to customer messages on social media and email, assist buyers through the purchase journey, and update on order statuses.

You will escalate complex cases to the team lead and keep consistent brand tone across all interactions. Ideal candidates are proactive, can work independently, and have an interest in e-commerce and social media.
