Job summary

Park Place Technologies S. R. L. - Argen is seeking a Project Billing Specialist to manage customer invoicing and support the Billing team in accurate, timely billing to sustain cash flow.

You will maintain administrative procedures, prepare invoices, data entry, and generate reports using Excel and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. Hybrid role in Buenos Aires with occasional outside core hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain administrative procedures and systems to ensure billing efficiency.
• Perform general administration: filing, data entry, invoicing, and monitoring inboxes.
• Communicate with suppliers/contractors and ensure valid documentation and due diligence.
• Use spreadsheets to review data, generate purchase orders, and manage invoices.
• Provide reports to the accounting department as needed.
• Review SOWs and assist with creating Sales Orders for invoicing.
• Ensure data integrity in billing systems.
• Assist with customer billing errors and coordinate cross-department resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.
