Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in billing, AR, admin, or customer-facing roles.
• Solid understanding of how customer payments work in Argentina and Uruguay.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Clear, friendly, professional communication with customers.
• Fluency in Spanish and working English.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing: accurate, on-time electronic invoices for subscriptions and hardware in both countries.
• Collections: follow up overdue accounts politely and persistently.
• Billing queries: be first contact for billing questions with Sales and CS teams.
• Customer account records: keep contracts, pricing, and billing data up to date.
• Receivables reporting: keep overdue data visible to Controller weekly.
• Cash reconciliation: reconcile cash receipts to invoices and issue memos.
