Responsibilities

• Maintain administrative procedures and systems in the Billing department.
• Prepare customer invoices and data entry; process standard purchasing forms.
• Communicate with suppliers/contractors to obtain documentation and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Utilize spreadsheets for data review and generate purchase orders for contractors.
• Communicate with accounting and provide required reporting.
• Review SOWs and assist with creating Sales Orders for invoicing.
• Ensure data integrity in billing systems and assist with billing errors resolution.
• Other duties as assigned.
