Job summary

BNB - Business Network Builders in Argentina seeks an IT Support Specialist for a hybrid role serving a multinational client in the northern Greater Buenos Aires area. The role combines on-site and remote work and requires base in the GBA North region.

You will handle end-user hardware and software support, manage tickets, and gradually own applications, infrastructure, and operations while assisting senior stakeholders and internal users.

Qualifications

• Degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Systems, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in IT support roles.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders (managers, executives, CEOs) is a strong plus.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to grow within the role.
