Job summary

You will resolve Tier 2 inquiries, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with payroll, benefits, and talent teams to ensure service levels and compliance.

Your background includes a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2+ years in HR, with certification in HR (Engstrom-CP) preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in human resources, HR shared services, employee services, or a related field.
• Certification in Human Resources (Engstrom-CP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers employee lifecycle transactions, including hiring, onboarding, job changes, data changes, leave actions, and offboarding using established procedures.
• Resolves Tier 2 employee and manager inquiries by applying HR policies and documenting rationale.
• Maintains accurate employee records and case documentation in HR systems to support audit readiness and compliance.
• Coordinates handoffs with payroll, benefits, talent, and other support teams to complete work within defined service levels.
• Analyzes reports and data to validate totals and support accurate processing; improves service execution by refining templates and validation steps.

Education

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, management, or a related field

Engstrom-CP HR certification (preferred)
