Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administers employee lifecycle transactions using established procedures and documentation standards.
• Resolves Tier 2 employee and manager inquiries by applying HR policies and noting rationale.
• Maintains accurate employee records and case documentation in HR systems.
• Coordinates handoffs with payroll, benefits, talent, and other teams to meet service levels.
• Analyzes reports and data to validate totals and support accurate processing.
• Improves day-to-day service by refining templates, checklists, and validation steps.
• Shares process knowledge and supports onboarding of new team members.
