Air Liquide is seeking an HR Intern to support the Americas Cluster by handling HR processes and invoice processing across the Shared Services organization. The role offers exposure to HR technology, service delivery, and cross‑team collaboration within a global leader in gases and technologies.

You will learn by rotating through different HR teams, gaining insight into diverse HR requirements and stakeholder interactions, while supporting day‑to‑day activities in a structured environment.

Formación

• Holds or is pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Ideally, you bring 0-1 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support and resolve routine inquiries regarding HR technology programs or services.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc).
• Process invoices for HR services (agencies, medical tests, driving tests, job fairs, etc).
• Follow up and work with other GBS teams to ensure payment is done on time.

Educación

Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field

The GBS supports the North America (‘NAM’) cluster and the Latin America (‘LATAM’) cluster.

Air Liquide's Shared Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who provide services that have previously been found in more than one part of the organization or group; thus, the funding and resourcing of the service is shared and the providing department effectively becomes an internal service provider.

The HR Intern's primary function and purpose of this position is to support the America's Cluster in different tasks related to the HR process & Invoice processing.

The HR team should be willing to rotate in different HR teams to learn and understand the requirements of different areas within HR.

HR Process:

Invoicing:
