Air Liquide is seeking an HR Services Invoicing Intern in Munro, Argentina. This part-time role supports the Americas Cluster in HR processes and invoice processing, with opportunities to rotate across HR teams to learn requirements in different areas.

The internship is designed for students in HR or related fields, with 0–1 years of experience preferred and a chance to gain practical exposure in HR technology and invoicing workflows.

Formación

• Holds or is pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support HR technology program inquiries and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated HR service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors).
• Process invoices for HR services (agencies, medical tests, driving tests, job fairs, etc).
• Follow up with other GBS teams to ensure timely payments.

The HR Intern's primary function and purpose of this position is to support the America's Cluster in different tasks related to the HR process & Invoice processing. The HR team should be willing to rotate in different HR teams to learn and understand the requirements of different areas within HR. HR Process:* Support and resolve routine inquiries regarding HR technology programs or services.* Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery.* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc).
