Air Liquide, a world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health, is offering an HR Intern position to support the Americas Cluster in HR processes and invoice processing. The role involves rotating through HR teams to learn the requirements of different HR areas and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality service.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields, with 0–1 years of experience.

Formación

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 0–1 years of experience preferred.
• Willingness to rotate across HR teams to learn different requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support routine HR inquiries and services related to HR technology programs or services.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure integrated HR service delivery.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc).
• Process invoices for HR services (agencies, medical tests, driving tests, job fairs, etc).
• Follow up with GBS teams to ensure timely payments.
