Air Liquide is seeking a part-time HR Services Invoicing Intern in Munro, Argentina. The role supports the Americas Cluster HR processes and invoice processing, with opportunities to rotate across HR teams to learn requirements across HR domains. Ideal for someone pursuing HR or Business Administration with 0-1 years of experience.

You will handle HR invoicing duties, collaborate with global teams, and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

• Supports HR technology program inquiries and services.
• Collaborates with teams to ensure integrated HR service delivery.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors).
• Processes invoices for HR services (agencies, medical tests, driving tests, job fairs).
• Follows up with GBS teams to ensure timely payments.

Responsabilidades

• Support and resolve routine inquiries regarding HR technology programs or services.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery.
