Air Liquide, a world leader in gases, technologies and services, is seeking an HR Intern to support the America's Cluster in HR processes and invoice processing within our Shared Services. The role offers exposure to multiple HR disciplines and cross-team collaboration in a global context.

You will rotate through different HR teams to understand the requirements of various HR areas, interacting with internal customers, vendors and stakeholders, while developing practical experience in HR

Formación

• Holds or is pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Ideally, you bring 0-1 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support and resolve routine HR technology program inquiries.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver integrated HR services.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process invoices for HR services (agencies, medical tests, driving tests, job fairs).
• Follow up with the GBS teams to ensure timely payments.

Air Liquide's Business Service Center (BSC) comprises a dedicated unit (including people, processes and technologies) that is structured as a centralized point of service focused on defined business functions. The GBS supports the North America (‘NAM’) cluster and the Latin America (‘LATAM’) cluster.

Air Liquide's Shared Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who provide services that have previously been found in more than one part of the organization or group; thus, the funding and resourcing of the service is shared and the providing department effectively becomes an internal service provider.

The HR Intern's primary function and purpose of this position is to support the America's Cluster in different tasks related to the HR process & Invoice processing.

The HR team should be willing to rotate in different HR teams to learn and understand the requirements of different areas within HR.

HR Process:

• Support and resolve routine inquiries regarding HR technology programs or services.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc).

Invoicing:

• Process invoices for HR services (agencies, medical tests, driving tests, job fairs, etc).
• Follow up and work with other GBS teams to ensure payment is done on time.
