Air Liquide is seeking an HR Support GBS Analyst to join our global HR team in Argentina. Reporting to the EDM Supervisor, you will execute core HR support tasks and safeguard data integrity across systems.

• Monitor and execute active workflows to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution according to internal SLOs.
• Maintain understanding of business unit strategies to provide relevant support.
• Assist HR Service Desk as next level support for escalations.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support pre-hire qualification, onboarding, transfers, terminations, screening, and credentialing.
• Identify process improvements to make workflows more efficient.
• Troubleshoot Workday and ServiceNow issues and guide HR community on best practices.

We are a leading multinational natural gas company committed to providing Natural Gas and Hydrogen worldwide. We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly motivated and analytical HR Support GBS Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the EDM Supervisor, they will be responsible for executing core HR support tasks and maintaining data integrity across systems while balancing autonomy with general direction.

• Monitor and execute active workflows to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution according to internal SLOs.
• Maintain a solid understanding of business unit strategies to provide relevant support
• Actively maintain Support Services queue through HR applications (Workday and ServiceNow)
• Assist the HR Service Desk as next level support for escalations
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external team members to ensure integrated approach to HR services including but not limited to the facilitation of pre-hire qualification process, onboarding, transfers, terminations, random screening, and credentialing process.
• Additional duties outside of Workday and ServiceNow, to be identified
• Process Optimization & CIs: Identify process improvements opportunities to make workflows under scope more efficient.
• Resolve complex Tier 2 ticketsfrom employees, managers, and HRBPs regarding Workday transactions.
• Troubleshoot system errors, investigating stuck business processes and security or access issues.
• Act as a functional advisor, guiding the HR community on system best practices and company policies.
