Job summary

Vontier is seeking a Specialist, Shared Services - Americas based in Argentina to own and support hire-to-retire processes for Argentina, Chile and Colombia. The role acts as a process owner and SME, working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant HR operations and data integrity.

You will manage onboarding, offboarding, HRIS maintenance, and coordination with payroll and regulators while supporting employment contracts, leaves, and audits across LATAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• HRIS familiarity and ticketing system experience.
• Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and cross-country practices in LATAM.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end HR activities across hire-to-retire lifecycle.
• Create and manage position requisitions and contracts.
• Onboarding and offboarding coordination and paperwork.
• Maintain HRIS with accurate records and audit readiness.
• Coordinate leaves, licenses, and statutory processes.
