TransPerfect, a leading global language and technology solutions company, is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees and managers across the United States and Puerto Rico. This role partners on employee relations, performance management, compliance, HR operations, and training.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in a Generalist capacity. Strong English communication and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS are essential.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of progressive human resources experience, including employee relations and performance management.
• 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience partnering with employees and managers.
• Working knowledge of U.S. federal, state and local laws, incl. Puerto Rico employment laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with managers to address employee relations matters and advise on policies and procedures.
• Conduct employment investigations and coordinate with legal counsel as needed.
• Support visa matters for employees requiring employer sponsored visas.
• Manage key lifecycle processes including performance management and organizational changes.
• Review and update handbooks, policies and procedures to stay compliant.
• Monitor changes in employment laws and deliver trainings on leadership, policies, and compliance.
• Evaluate HR processes and implement scalable improvements.
• Foster a positive, confidential, inclusive work environment and strong employee relations.
• Perform additional HR duties and special projects as needed.
