Virtustant is seeking an HR Generalist to build and scale HR processes across its portfolio companies. You will run full-cycle recruiting, onboard employees in the HRIS, ensure compliance with licenses, and manage payroll inputs.

You will also administer benefits, handle employee relations, and lead policy development for a growing, multi-entity organization. This is a full-time, remote role collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualificações

• Fluent English required; strong written and spoken communication.
• 3–5 years as an HR Generalist; able to work independently.
• Minimum 1 year as sole or lead HR person; ownership of processes.
• Knowledge of US federal and multi-state employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Run full-cycle recruiting: posting, screening, interviewing, references.
• Manage onboarding in the HRIS; verify licenses for hires.
• Audit payroll inputs and ensure consistent pay practices.
• Administer benefits, leaves, and worker classifications.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and performance reviews.
• Lead HR templates, policies, and handbook updates.
• Support acquisitions with HR integration and reporting.
