Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator Engineer to administer, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. This remote role is open to candidates in Argentina or Colombia.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years with Salesforce, 3+ years in development and integrations, plus strong Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning experience. You will design integrations with MuleSoft or Boomi and ensure data security and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including 3+ years in development and integrations.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, security settings, and data integrity.
• Configure and customize applications, objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Create and maintain custom objects, triggers, classes, and integrations.
• Plan, design, and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as ERP, marketing automation, and third-party applications.
• Use Salesforce APIs and middleware tools to enable data exchange and process automation.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot platform and integration issues.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to system performance and user experience.

Position Description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator Engineer with strong development and integration skills to administer, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and a proven track record delivering custom solutions and integrations that extend the platform’s capabilities.

Workplace: This is a remote opportunity open to candidates residing in Argentina or Colombia only

Core Technologies: Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components). Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP). Integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I & II)
• Advanced certifications such as Salesforce Architect or CPQ Specialist
• Experience with Lightning Experience and the Salesforce Mobile App
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, or similar languages and frameworks
• Background in cloud computing, including systems design, implementation, and management

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
