Job summary

Tidal is seeking a hands-on digital marketing account manager for a fully remote LATAM contractor role. You’ll own client accounts end to end, onboarding sites, tracking and channels, while writing brand messaging and managing SEO, social, and paid media with Claude integrations.

Build workflows, tailor content for multi-location clients, and collaborate across time zones. Strong portfolio and experience with regulated industries are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for multiple client accounts.
• Experience with Claude AI and related workflows.
• Portfolio or evidence of client work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts, set up sites, tracking, and channels.
• Write brand messaging and client updates, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad structure.
• Coordinate multi-location accounts and compare cost per booked appointment.
