Job summary

AvantStay is seeking a Head of Creator & Brand Partnerships to lead influencer marketing and partnerships end to end. You will negotiate creator deals, manage budgets, and align collaborations with our unique portfolio of homes and guest experiences.

You will be the first hire in this function, reporting to the VP of Growth. The role is fully remote, open to global candidates outside the United States, and requires strong English communication and rapid decision-making to move at startup speed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record negotiating creator deals.
• Experience building creator–brand partnerships from scratch.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and measure impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer marketing and brand partnerships end to end.
• Handle inbound creator, agency, and press requests with fast, fair responses.
• Search for and recruit the right creators for each market.
• Negotiate terms including rates, deliverables, rights, exclusivity, and disclosure.
• Ensure content from collaborations remains effective in future stays.
• Develop brand partnerships that align with our guests and drive results.
• Drive strategic partnerships to grow audience and supply of homes.
• Provide monthly performance readouts linking partnerships to awareness, traffic, bookings, and owner leads.
