Job summary

Tidal is seeking a hands-on digital marketing Account Manager to own client accounts from proposal to onboarding and beyond. You will write brand messaging, manage SEO, social, and paid media, and build Claude-based workflows to scale repeated tasks.

You’ll join a fully remote, LATAM-based contractor team, collaborating across time zones on multi-location campaigns and ensuring trusted, high-quality client updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Experience owning client accounts end-to-end.
• Ability to write brand messaging and client-wide copy.
• Hands-on with SEO, social, and paid media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites and channels live quickly.
• Ensure conversion tracking accurately counts bookings before budget moves.
• Write and edit brand messaging and updates for clients.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media campaigns end-to-end.
• Structure multi-location accounts for clear performance.
