Tidal is seeking a UGC Program Manager to lead creator seeding and UGC programs for a small portfolio of consumer brands on a remote, independent contractor basis.

You will own the end-to-end process from sourcing to briefs, deliverables, and reporting, coordinating with video editors and clients to keep a steady pipeline of publishable content.

This full-time contractor role requires strong English communication, excellent organization, and the ability to manage 2–3 brands remotely.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or similar roles.

Responsabilidades

• Own creator seeding and UGC programs end-to-end, including sourcing, outreach, product seeding, briefs, timelines, usage rights, and final delivery.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of UGC creators aligned with brand priorities.
• Manage creator relationships and track outreach, shipments, deliverables, content status, and opportunities for repeat collaboration.
• Review incoming creator content for quality and brand alignment, coordinating with video editors to produce publishable assets.
• Act as day-to-day client-facing program owner for 2–3 brands, providing clear progress updates and next steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate content needs into actionable briefs and sourcing plans.
• Track creator activity, response rates, and program metrics, identifying gaps and keeping the pipeline full.
• Develop scalable workflows, trackers, templates, and reporting for multiple programs.
