GrowMojo Co. is hiring an Influencer/Creator Manager to attract and mentor influencers in TikTok Shop programs for our marketing agency clients. This remote role requires experience with influencer communities and presenting marketing solutions to clients, including U.S.-based brands. You will report to the Head of Operations.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple influencer communities, track KPIs, and collaborate with clients to maximize outcomes across campaigns and platforms.

Formación

• Experience overseeing Discord communities of influencers or creators.
• Experience with marketing agencies.
• Experience presenting marketing solutions to community members.
• Experience with U.S. companies or clients.

Responsabilidades

• Build communities of influencers/creators who will be TikTok affiliates for client brands.
• Establish relationships with key influencers/creators in the community.
• Oversee KPIs, goals and objectives for the community.
• Organize client meetings to align on needs and leverage influencer community.
• Lead Zoom meetings with clients and internal team to address needs.
• Understand TikTok Shop Seller Center to help list and promote products.
• Provide feedback to performance marketing to evolve services.
