Flowserve is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounting, billing, AR/AP, and trust accounting for our global operations. You will drive monthly closings, budgeting, and cash forecasting while ensuring strong internal controls and reporting accuracy.

The role requires experience with legal or professional services finance, hands-on leadership, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-financial leaders. Location is Argentina with flexible work options.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with trust accounting and reconciliations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day financial operations and maintain procedures for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses.
• Own billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes.
• Manage trust accounting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Oversee finance staff and external vendors.
