Job summary

Flowserve is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant to join the finance team in Mendoza, Argentina. You will report to the Finance Manager and collaborate with operations, supporting local accounting and potentially other facilities. Responsibilities include month-end close for cost-related areas and margin analysis.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in cost accounting, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP). Fluency in English at an intermediate level is desired.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5–7 years of cost accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of general accounting policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Month end reporting and close for cost accounting activities.
• Assist with inventory, purchasing, and accounts receivable close and reconciliations.
• Analyze margins and project accounting on a monthly basis.
• Perform data analysis for cost and manufacturing within the business.
• Maintain standard costing system and related JEs.
