JLL in Buenos Aires, Argentina seeks a Workplace Ambassador to manage front-line soft services, including reception, mail, and events, while supporting the help desk to deliver high-end customer service. This role leads reception and business center teams and collaborates with the FM team to meet space setup needs.

You will report to Facilities Management and work Monday to Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm on-site under an indefinite-term contract, driving inspections and continuous improvements in site

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality, corporate office or related fields.
• Fluent English with 1–3 years in reception or customer service.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Address inquiries politely and promptly while coordinating reception and business centers.
• Collaborate with FM team to arrange events and spaces.
• Support weekly/monthly building inspections and issue resolution per SLAs.
• Assist Travel/Visitors and communicate with reception staff.
• Organize internal and external client events and manage conferencing facilities.
