J.P. Morgan is seeking a senior facilities and amenity services leader for our Centro Empresarial Núñez site in Argentina. The role oversees day-to-day and strategic delivery of conference centre operations, dining/F&B services, and space governance.

You will partner with AV/tech, Security, Facilities, Catering, Events, and third-party vendors to uphold global standards, safety, and data protection. The position is 100% onsite, with a focus on driving KPIs, cost discipline, and program

Formación

• Degree in Hospitality or related field required.
• Proven leadership in team management and events planning.
• Experience in 5-star hotel, events, and F&B environments.
• Strong stakeholder management with executives and internal clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client, conference centre, and dining operations by implementing global standards and procedures.
• Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to daily operations, prioritising safety and security.
• Own EMS room booking process to ensure space availability and optimized utilization.
• Own budget planning, forecasting, productivity targets, and cost optimization while protecting service integrity.
