Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to be the operational partner for a group of Client Engagement Executives, researching target accounts and coordinating calendars, travel, and contracts. You will drive contract approvals and maintain clean data across systems.

Strong CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot) and English proficiency are required, with 4+ years in related roles. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in support or operational roles.
• Background in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Account Management.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Gmail, Drive, Sheets).
• Hands-on CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Jira or other management tools.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify target accounts and leads for outreach planning.
• Manage executives' calendars, meetings, and travel end to end.
• Own the contract workflow (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs) from request to signature.
• Draft and manage communications for the sales team.
• Maintain ERP/CRM data accuracy for pipeline reporting.
