EY Global Delivery Services seeks an experienced Go-to-Market Innovation Specialist (Assistant Director) to lead medium-complexity GTM content initiatives and drive AI-powered, high-impact content experiences across EY’s client relationships and channels.

You will apply structured project management, collaborate across regions and functions, and shape CoE offerings, while advancing delivery quality with GenAI tools and analytics.

Formación

• Proven experience managing medium-complexity projects and initiatives.
• Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodologies and their application.
• Strong executive presence and consultative approach with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and GenAI tools.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams/geographies.
• Growth mindset with continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Manage medium-complexity GTM content projects from initiation to delivery.
• Contribute to high-complexity projects as part of core teams.
• Apply structured PM methodologies with risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment.
• Design reporting frameworks and KPIs to track pipeline impact.
• Collaborate to refine CoE products and content delivery processes.
• Leverage GenAI and analytics to enhance quality and delivery.
• Support an inclusive high-performing team culture.
