• University degree required; MBA or master’s in marketing, communications, or a related field is desirable but not required.
• Approximately 8–10 years of relevant business experience for an Assistant Director role, including GTM content, sales enablement, marketing or related work.

Responsabilidades

• Identify priority GTM and sales-content needs and translate into clear business narratives.
• Develop or tailor GTM and sales content for priority topics and audiences.
• Manage end-to-end content development projects with scoping, timelines and approvals.
• Build trusted relationships with CCaSS stakeholders and influence decisions through evidence-based storytelling.
• Define practical success measures and track asset effectiveness.
