EY GDS is seeking a NextGen AI Technical Manager for its Growth & Innovation team in Argentina. You will apply hands-on AI/ML expertise to scout, evaluate, and prototype emerging AI capabilities that address real business and client challenges.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration with account teams, and governance across experiments from inception to possible production deployment.

Competenze

• Background in AI/ML, software engineering, data engineering, or solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
• Experience evaluating emerging AI technologies for enterprise applicability.
• Excellent written/verbal communication with technical and senior stakeholders.
• Experience guiding engineering teams on prototypes, pilots, or production solutions.

• Identify opportunities by linking evolving tech to client challenges.
