Yuno is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and optimize a hands-on, channel-focused growth machine. You will direct Claude Code for live workflows, manage outbound campaigns, and partner with sales and field teams across open channels like search, lifecycle/email, and referrals.

A strong emphasis on data, APIs, and automation will shape every decision. You’ll work in a founder-led setup based in Austin, TX, or remotely with CT overlap, shipping end-to-end growth initiatives and tooling to enable

Formación

• Hands-on experience directing Claude Code on live campaigns.
• 3+ years in marketing with data-driven mindset.
• Proven cold outbound campaign setup and management.
• Comfort with SQL or ability to learn quickly.
• Scripting ability in Python or JavaScript and Git use.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine — define the segment, pull and enrich the list, verify contacts, write and track the sequence, and know when not to use a sequencer.
• Arm the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and post-visit follow-up sequences, then iterate for improvements.
• Own the channels open here: search and content, lifecycle email and SMS, subscription retention, and referral programs.
• Produce creative in-house with AI, decide when to generate vs. use real images, and manage content pipelines.
• Automate repetitive tasks — enrichment, list hygiene, report pulls, QA, and content workflows.
• Own first-party measurement and flag questionable numbers before others notice.
