Kraken is seeking a Growth Workflow Manager (Performance & Paid Growth) to architect automation for paid channels, CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle growth. You will define the logic, signals, guardrails, and feedback loops, and partner with the build team to ship agent-based automations.

You will own end-to-end workflow specs, QA outputs, refine AI-generated creative variants, and extend automation across channels as the engine scales.

Formación

• 4+ years in performance or paid growth campaigns.
• Ability to map a growth workflow as triggers, decisions, actions and measurements.
• Comfort reading dashboards, interpreting signals and defining optimization targets.

Responsabilidades

• Define and spec automation workflows for paid growth across channels.
• Translate workflow specs into working agent automations with the build team.
• QA agent outputs and define corrections to improve results.
• Refine AI-generated creative variants with domain judgment.
• Define knowledge base inputs, rules, guardrails, and campaign logic.
• Monitor workflow performance and continuously improve the system.
• Extend automation to CRO, incentives, referrals, and lifecycle as it scales.
