• 1-2 years of hands-on automation using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce automation and CRM workflows.
• Experience integrating AI APIs and building live workflows.
• Ability to write and debug Python and JavaScript for automation.

Responsabilidades

• Own the automation ecosystem end-to-end, building and maintaining workflows.
• Manage lead automation, CRM synchronization, and reporting pipelines.
• Develop automated daily/weekly/monthly metrics reporting.
• Support internal processes (screening, meeting intelligence, calendar sync).
• Document workflows and maintain scalable automation logic.
