Scale Up is hiring an Automation Specialist to own and optimize our automation infrastructure across lead management, CRM processes, reporting, and internal operations. This fully remote, full-time role requires 1-2 years of hands-on automation experience and the ability to own production-grade systems and continuously improve business processes.

You will work with leadership and collaborate across multiple teams to build reliable, scalable automations, including workflows for lead intake,

Formación

• 1-2 years hands-on automation experience.
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Strong Python and JavaScript for automation.
• Salesforce CRM experience including data mapping and workflows.
• Experience with webhooks and API integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the automation ecosystem end-to-end: design, build, maintain and optimize workflows.
• Develop lead automation, CRM synchronization, and lifecycle processes across platforms.
• Create automated reports for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Support internal operations like screening, calendar syncing, and credential management.
• Write and debug Python and JavaScript code within automation platforms.
