Scale Up Recruiting Partners seeks an Automation Specialist to own automation infrastructure powering core operations. You’ll design, maintain, and optimize workflows across lead management, CRM processes, and reporting in a fully remote setting.

With 1–2 years of hands-on automation experience, you’ll own production-grade systems, solve complex problems independently, and continuously improve business processes while collaborating with leadership across teams.

Formación

• 1–2 years hands-on experience building multi-step automations with Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge: objects, mapping, lead routing, CRM workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for automation logic and debugging.
• Experience with webhooks, API payloads, and error handling.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain lead automation workflows and CRM synchronization across platforms.
• Design automated reporting processes for daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation workflows and data flow.
• Document workflows, promote maintainability, and drive scalable automation.
• Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and roadmap improvements.
